This document lists categories and naming standards — no passwords are stored here.

🧩 Naming Convention
- Use format:
System - Account - Role
Example:ZohoCRM - Innovahire - Admin - Always include recovery email and MFA backup method in notes.
- Rotate passwords annually or upon staff change.
